To enable javascript on your web browser in Internet Explorer 6 and 7 for ONLY esquirebilling.com:

• Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
• In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab (at the top of the window).
• Under the Security tab, select the Trusted Sites zone.
• Click the Sites button
• Add www.esquirebilling.com to the trusted sites zone.
• Turn off the option Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.
• Close the Trusted Sites window.
• click OK to close the internet options

To enable javascript on your web browser in Internet Explorer 6 and 7:

• Go to the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
• In the Internet Options window, select the Security tab (at the top of the window).
• Under the Security tab, select the Internet web content zone.
• Under Security Level for this zone:
• to enable JavaScript:
• If there is a slider bar move the slider bar to Medium. Otherwise, if the security level is Custom:
• Click on the Custom Level ... button at the bottom of the page to open the Security Settings window.
• In the Security Settings window scroll down until you get to the section called Scripting (near the bottom).
• Under Scripting there is a category Active scripting, select the option marked Enable for this category.
• Click the OK button.
• Click the OK button.
